Catering & Beverage Service

• Please see our catering policy and Indemnity form for review.
• Caterers are responsible for leaving the facility in the same condition as
  when they arrived prior to the event.
• All trash, recyclables, food, beverages, and equipment must be removed immediately following the event.
• Any liquor service, which includes beer and wine, requires an ABC permit
  and liquor liability coverage.  

Technology and Audio Capabilities

• The facility is equipped with an Audio Visual system to meet a large variety
  of needs.
• Operation of the equipment requires employment of CareySound
  at the expense of the client.  
• Any additional A/V equipment can be provided by CareySound and is
  paid for by the client.  

Event Rentals

• Decorations, rental furniture, and/or equipment may only be delivered
  for rental on the day of the event.
• Decorations, rental furniture, and/or equipment must be removed at
  conclusion of the event.
• A&T Alumni Event Center is not responsible for moving, setting up,
  taking down or responsible for the damage of any equipment left at
  our facility.
